Companies (WFC) is a real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in
Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. WFC draws
on decades of experience in a variety of disciplines to help clients
navigate all aspects of real estate including, acquisition, sales, and
leasing. The firm was established in
2008. WFCs principal, Roderyck
Blake has over 22 years experience acquiring, marketing, and developing
real estate throughout the country. Prior to Winnsboro Forest, Blake was chief assistant to
the City of Pontiacs (Pontiac) director of Public Services, assistant to
the chairman at the Taubman Realty Group (Taubman), and held several management positions in the
Development Group at Taubman and General Growth
Properties (GGP). He has led
numerous multimillion dollar acquisition and development projects for
Pontiac, Taubman and GGP. At Pontiac, Blake managed the sale of the
citys surplus land and led the acquisition of several hundred parcels
necessary for the expansion of Walton Boulevard, University Drive, Orchard
Lake Road, the Bagley/Rapid Connector and the citys municipal golf course.
The firm works with a variety of
independent professionals on a project by project basis to address specific
client needs.
